The Oratory Academy of St. Philip Neri offers tuition assistance and scholarships to students who apply and meet certain requirements. Our school obtains funds for tuition assistance through fundraisers, grants and donations. This year, the school has partnered with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment, an independent, objective third party administrator, to process the applications for the Oratory Academy of St. Philip Neri Tuition Assistance Committee and The Congregation of Oratory Schools.

Online Application Process:

Go to https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/4GJTT and click on "Application Sign In".

• New applicants will be required to create an account.

• Previous applicants may use the same User Name & Password already created.

• The application and requested supporting documentation must be completed online only by March 15, 2024.

• Families needing access to a computer to complete the online application may use the Oratory Schools library computers.

• An application fee of $35.00 will be required with your completed application.

Your information may be saved to finish at a later time; however, you must complete the entire application, submit required tax documentation and payment before your application can be processed.

Tuition Assistance Requirements:

Tuition assistance may be awarded annually to assist with the payment of Tuition only. Tuition assistance does not cover additional required fees, such as:

• Application Fees

• Registration Fees

• Building Fees

• Extended Day Fees

• Technology Resources Fees

• Workbooks Materials Fees

• Library Fees

• Extracurricular Activities Fees

• Cultural Excursion Trips

• Etc.

To qualify for tuition assistance students must meet and maintain the following requirements:

• Students must complete and submit the enrollment tuition contract and have paid all registration fees for the 2024-2025 school year.

• Students must have been enrolled and attended the Oratory Academy of St. Philip Neri the previous school year. (Tuition assistance awards will be granted to Pre-Kindergarten - 8th grade students)

• Students must maintain a minimum grade of 80 in each subject.

• Both students and parents must remain in good standing with the school and be current with all financial obligations due to Oratory Academy of St. Philip Neri.

• Application, supporting documentation and payment must be completed and submitted by a deadline date.

The Tuition Assistance Committee carefully reviews the FACTS report with the families financial information, the number of applicants and the amount of funds available and distributes the awards according to financial need.

Family Service Hours:
 

• Each family is required to perform eight (8) hours of service to the school community. Mandatory service hours must be completed by May 5, 2025. The family will be billed for the remaining difference at $10 per hour.

• The school offers community service hours for families in the Library, the Fall/Spring fundraisers, Thanksgiving Brunch, Christmas Program, etc.
